he was probably dropped off close to our house and We took him in. I guess he sensed that our home had some people that have great sensitivity to little doggys that come around. Well, like many many time, we fed him and now he thinks he lives here. Actually he's been here since summer. But he is getting on our last nerve! lol. Blue ticks are very active dogs that DONT like to be idle. (they love hunting!!!!!). we have NO time for a 4th dog in the yard and he is always hogging the doors, barking, and tearing things up. He is, though, VERY friendly, energetic, and ambitious. (a bit frightened...seemed to have been ABUSED in the past....sometimes has snapped a little when strangers approach rapidly).. he definitly still feels like a hunter when he sqeezez out of the gate to search for CATS! [almost every day, !!! ugh lol ] ....(therefore he cannot live in small fenced areas!
